Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Rajkot. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers via telephone to promote products or services. Their daily tasks will include conducting outbound calls, providing product information, answering queries, addressing customer needs, and closing sales. The role also involves understanding customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions, as well as maintaining records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure customer satisfaction and build rapport
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies, including the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Willingness to undergo Training to enhance product knowledge and sales tactics
- Ability to stay motivated and work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in sales or a similar role is advantageous
