Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Real Estate professional based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients through phone calls to introduce them to Property First's services and exclusive real estate offerings. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong client database, understanding customer requirements, presenting tailored property solutions, and converting leads into successful sales. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and stay informed about market trends and new property launches.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property markets
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including client relationship management and understanding client needs
  • Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present property solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, client-focused real estate environment
  • Prior experience in telesales or real estate advisory roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with property market trends is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
