Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound calling and other assigned channels to support the sales pipeline.
  • Acquire personal leads and referrals to complement daily sales calling activities and improve conversion rates.
  • Perform consistent lead generation calls each day, ensuring targets and productivity benchmarks are met.
  • Utilize various lead sources provided by the companysuch as databases, referrals, digital sources, and previous customer liststo drive phone-based sales.
  • Follow the provided sales script for every call using the AIDA methodology (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Collect referrals during each sales call to expand the lead network and increase potential customer reach.
  • Participate in team activities that celebrate daily new sales achievements to encourage motivation, collaboration, and positive team culture.
