Role Description
We are hiring Telesales Officers to join our dynamic sales team at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining health insurance plans, and assisting them in selecting suitable policies.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
Explain product benefits, pricing, and features clearly to customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through campaigns.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
Experience: 03 years in telesales, telecalling, or customer support (insurance or financial domain preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills in English and regional language.
Ability to understand customer needs and explain product benefits effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, or calling software).
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-based environment.
