Job Title: Sales Executive (Walk-In Generation Executive)
Department: Sales / Admissions
Reports To: Sales Manager / Admissions Manager
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Purpose
The Walk-In Generation Executive is responsible for generating qualified walk-in visits by engaging prospective students and clients through structured outbound calling and follow-ups.
The role is target-driven, with attractive incentives on top of a fixed salary, linked to confirmed walk-ins and successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified walk-in appointments through outbound calls and follow-ups
Contact prospective students/parents to schedule campus or office visits
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, digital inquiries, referrals, and databases
Clearly explain program offerings, eligibility criteria, and visit details
Ensure walk-ins are confirmed, tracked, and updated in CRM systems
Coordinate with Admissions Counsellors to ensure smooth handover of walk-ins
Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in targets
Handle objections professionally and motivate prospects to visit
Maintain high standards of professional communication
Prepare and submit daily and weekly performance reports, including:
Calls made
Appointments fixed
Walk-ins generated
Conversions (if applicable)
Performance & Incentives
Fixed salary: INR 25,000 30,000 per month
High performance-based incentives in addition to fixed pay
Incentives linked to:
Confirmed walk-ins
Successful enrollments/conversions
No upper cap for high performers, subject to company incentive policy
Required Qualifications & Experience
12 years of experience in:
Telesales
Lead generation
Appointment setting
Walk-in or footfall generation
Prior experience in a corporate or structured sales environment is mandatory
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong persuasion and appointment-setting ability

Professional attitude and strong follow-up discipline
Good objection-handling and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience in service-based sales
