Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energeticTele Sales Managerto lead ourtelesalesoperations for Mealawe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inB2Ctelesales, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving customer acquisition and retention in a fast-paced growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team oftelesalesexecutives focused on B2C customer acquisition for meal subscriptions.
  • Define daily sales targets, monitor performance, and drive the team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Develop and implementtelesalesstrategies to increase conversion rates and subscription renewals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns, offers, and customer communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mealawe's offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively pitch and cross-sell.
  • Analyze call performance and lead conversion metrics and provide regular reports to the Co-Founder & CMO.
  • Oversee CRM usage, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, calls, and customer feedback.
  • Handle escalated customer queries to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Continuously train and upskill thetelesalesteam on product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience:6 to 10 years intelesalesor inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managingtelesalesteams in aB2C environment, preferably in food delivery, subscription services, or consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel, lead management, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking dashboards.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a startup-like, fast-growing setup.
