Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Rewari. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing customized solutions. The role involves coordinating with insurers, resolving client queries, guiding clients through policy selection, and ensuring smooth claims management. Additionally, the individual will be expected to continuously identify new business opportunities and contribute to client retention efforts.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and resolving client inquiries effectively
  • Knowledge of insurance products such as health, general, and corporate insurance policies
  • Sales and negotiation experience, with the ability to identify and convert leads
  • Proficiency in customer service with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
  • Basic understanding of the claims process and ability to assist clients in claim resolution
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in insurance or sales is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is an added advantage
