The Role
We are seeking a motivated telesales executive to promote and sell insurance products, guide clients, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries.
Requirements
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 1 months - 2 years of experience in insurance sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Knowledge of insurance products (life, health, or general insurance) is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for CRM usage and reporting.
