Role Description

The Telesales Jewellery Manager will oversee telesales operations to drive business growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing and training the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, analyzing sales performance, and achieving sales targets. The manager will also develop strategies to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively handle client interactions and build lasting relationships.
  • Proven Team Management and Training expertise to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Should be able to achieve the target for himself and the team.
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and develop actionable insights to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the jewellery industry is required.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
