Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Preet Vihar, New Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in calling/telesales

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong customer pipeline
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or calling role
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both required)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
