Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Pune. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, conducting effective lead generation, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, pitching products or services, and meeting sales targets. The individual will collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the overall business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques
  • Customer Support experience for addressing client needs and inquiries
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and capacity to handle client objections
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Experience in telesales or a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in sales or customer service
