Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Telesales Executive located in Bhopal. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for :

1. Reaching out to potential clients,
2. Generating leads, and promoting company products or services.
3. Managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and closing sales
4. Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
5. Schedule meetings/site visits for sales executives.
6. Maintain records of calls and update CRM or Excel sheets.
7. Handle basic customer queries professionally.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and providing excellent Customer Support
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Ability to work under targets and stay motivated
• Organizational and time management skills
• Prior telesales or telemarketing experience is a plus
