Telesales Executive

Main Daily Duties

• Making Calls: Call prospective leads (outbound) or answer calls from interested buyers (inbound).
• Pitching Offers: Explain product features, discounts, and special promotions clearly.
• Closing Sales: Persuade customers to buy and process their orders.
• Handling Objections: Address customer concerns and calmly accept rejection.
