Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing customer support, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, understanding their travel needs, offering suitable tour packages, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
