Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
