Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives with experience in Insurance and Financial Product Sales. The candidate will be responsible for engaging customers over calls, understanding their financial needs, and promoting Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Demat Account products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Demat Account products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversion rates.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in:
  • Life Insurance Sales
  • General Insurance Sales
  • Demat Account Sales
  • BFSI Sales
  • BPO Sales
  • Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and target-driven environments.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections effectively.
Salary & Benefits
  • CTC: ₹32,500 per month
  • In-hand Salary: ₹28,000 per month
