Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Telesales Executive located in Surat. The Telesales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients over the phone to provide excellent customer service, generate leads, resolve inquiries, and drive sales. Their daily responsibilities will include maintaining customer relationships, responding to queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve working towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients via phone and build lasting relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques to identify business opportunities and achieve targets
- Experience in Customer Support for addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills is advantageous
- Fluency in English, along with proficiency in local languages, is a plus
