Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Telesales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential customers via call, nurturing leads, and converting into sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing customer accounts, addressing customer queries, and meeting sales targets. The Telesales Executive will deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in customer service and customer support to handle inquiries effectively
  • Experience in lead generation and developing strategies to attract prospective customers
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools and software
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also working independently
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
