Telesales Executive

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Telesales Executive at Raika Photography. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for conducting sales activities primarily over the phone to generate leads, provide customer support, and handle inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. While the role is located in Bengaluru, there is flexibility for some remote work.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and customer support experience
• Proven ability in lead generation and sales
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in the photography or related industry is a plus
• Knowledge of photography techniques and services is beneficial
