This on-site role focuses on converting inbound and outbound leads into scheduled visits and revenue while maintaining a best-in-class patient experience.
Primary job title: Telesales Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound and handle inbound calls to engage leads, qualify enquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed appointments for clinical services.
- Manage and update patient/lead records in CRM, track call outcomes, and maintain accurate appointment schedules.
- Hit daily and monthly sales targets by proactively following up on warm leads, upselling relevant services, and closing bookings.
- Respond to patient queries about services, pricing, preparation instructions and escalate clinical or complex queries to appropriate clinicians or coordinators.
- Use objection-handling and closing techniques to overcome barriers and reduce no-shows through confirmation calls and reminders.
- Collaborate with front-desk and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent on-site patient experience.
