Role Description We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Publisher Development team. This is a B2B sales role focused on acquiring app and web publishers and growing our H5/M-Web Gaming business.

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales and partnership closures with app and web publishers.
Handle and convert incoming publisher leads through daily calling and follow-ups.
Conduct manual prospecting to identify new publishers and build an independent lead database.
Use consultative selling to understand publisher requirements and pitch relevant M-Web/H5 gaming solutions.
Drive new business development to grow the group's M-Web gaming business.
Build relationships with founders, owners, and key decision-makers at publisher companies.
Plan and execute sales activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and move them through the sales funnel toward closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth publisher onboarding and integration.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with publishers.
