Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will actively engage in generating leads and making outbound calls to potential clients. Daily tasks will include answering inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals and consistently working towards meeting sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, including active listening, clear speech, and persuasive abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service and customer support to address client needs effectively.
  • Experience in sales, with a proven ability to close deals (If available, would be great).
  • Talented in building relationships and managing customer interactions professionally.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic English and other regional languages are advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus (but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
