Job Details

Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Lakhe Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Work Mode: Work From Office (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1+ year preferred
Salary: 8,000–12,000 per month + performance-based incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Introduce and explain Origain Global Corp's SaaS and software solutions.
Understand customer requirements and communicate product benefits clearly.
Follow up with interested prospects to encourage conversions.
Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally.
Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status.
Schedule product demonstrations or connect prospects with the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or lead generation is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Good listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
