Telesales Executive

This is an internship role for a Telesales Executive, based on-site in Agra. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions via calls, generating qualified leads, assisting with customer inquiries, and providing high levels of customer support. The role will also involve converting leads into successful sales while maintaining a professional and friendly rapport.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Ability to handle Customer Support and resolve inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and Sales
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mind-set
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles (preferred but not required)
