Job Description
We are looking for a confident and fluent communicator to join our team as a Telesales Executive at Kondhwa Pune (onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential leads.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls.
- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
- Maintain and update lead data in Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and sales.
- MS Excel (advance)
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus.
Salary - 1.5 - 2 LPA
