Job Description

Position: Online Tele Sales Associate

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business

Administration, or a related field.

Industry: Gems & Jewelry (preferable) /Retail /Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming leads from online platforms, social media, and company

website, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

• Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, calls, and WhatsApp with a

consultative sales approach.

• Understand customer requirements and provide personalized jewelry

recommendations.

• Share product details, pricing, and offers with potential clients, ensuring

complete clarity.

• Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights on customer

preferences and lead quality.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales conversion targets.

• Assist with after-sales support, including order tracking, payment coordination,

and addressing customer concerns.

• Stay updated with jewelry trends, collections, and industry insights to pitch

effectively.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven sales conversion skills with at least 2+ years in online sales/customer

acquisition (jewelry industry preferred).

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads/customers simultaneously.

• Customer-first attitude with a focus on building trust and long-term relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years experience in online sales (jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce

industry preferred).
