Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries.
- Follow up with leads regularly to close sales.
- Maintain and update customer and call records.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Preferred Candidates:
- Any Graduates can apply
- 0 - 5 yrs experience in Customer Support, Outbound or Tele sales
- Female Candidates Preferred
