Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in Jamshedpur. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert potential customers into loyal clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing accurate product or service information, addressing queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The executive will also closely collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Experience or skills in Lead Generation
- Proven ability in Sales, including achieving sales targets
- Proficient in handling customer queries and providing solutions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency is required
- Fluency in regional language(s); additional language proficiency is a plus
