Telesales Executive in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the leads provided by Fin Maverick.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the relevant Fin Maverick programme.
• Clearly communicate the features, benefits, pricing, and value of the offerings.
• Convert interested prospects into paid registrations and enrolments.
• Follow up consistently with interested and undecided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
• Identify high-intent leads and prioritise follow-ups accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams on registrations and customer requirements.
• Share recurring customer feedback and objections with the management team to improve sales messaging.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
