Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic
Telesales Executives fluent in Gujarati to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting loan/financial products, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.
- Maintain call records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service while driving sales.
Requirements
- Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telesales/Collections (mandatory) .
- Language: Fluency in Gujarati is required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Details
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week | 1 rotational off (MonFri)
- Salary: Up to 18,000 In-hand + Attractive Incentives
