Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as calling prospective clients, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer queries, and converting leads into successful sales. The role requires a proactive approach to engaging potential customers and achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or proficiency in customer service and customer support
• Ability to effectively generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads
• Sales skills, including persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus
