*Key Responsibilities*

* Make outbound calls and follow up on leads.

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

* Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly.

* Convert leads into policy sales.

* Maintain customer records in CRM.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Follow company and regulatory guidelines.

*Eligibility*

* Graduate preferred.

* 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales.

* Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

* English & Hindi communication is mandatory.

* Basic computer knowledge required.
