Euler SS Motors (Authorized Dealer for Euler Motors) is hiring a confident and customer-focused Telecaller with minimum 2 years of experience for our Automobile / EV operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Explain vehicle details, offers & service information
- Collect Post Sales Feedback (PSF) from customers
- Collect Post Service Feedback (PSF) and update records
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain call logs, feedback reports & CRM updates
- Coordinate with sales & service teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year's experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive
- Experience in Automobile / EV industry preferred
- Strong communication skills (Tamil mandatory; English preferred)
- Polite, patient & customer-oriented approach
- Basic CRM / system knowledge is an advantage
- Location: Coimbatore
