Experience Required:
* Minimum 1 year of Call Centre/BPO experience
* Sales experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products
* Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
* Handle customer queries professionally and maintain strong communication
* Follow up with interested customers and maintain records of conversations
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Comfortable with sales and customer interaction
* Basic computer knowledge
* Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate:
* Candidates with prior telecalling or telesales experience
* Immediate joiners preferred
