Telesales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive at our Coimbatore office. The Telesales Executive will engage with prospective customers, handle inbound and outbound calls, generate and qualify leads, and convert them into bookings. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer support, building strong customer relationships, and addressing queries to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive experience for travelers.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with potential and existing travelers
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales for identifying and converting potential customers
• Experience in Customer Support to address client inquiries professionally and ensure satisfaction
• Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Coimbatore
• Previous experience in sales or the travel industry is an advantage
• English and Tamil language proficiency is highly preferred
