Telesales Executive

Description

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in telesales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
