Telesales Executive

We work with leading US service providers, including ADT, Vivint, Frontier, and other providers, offering customers solutions in home security, internet, and fiber services.

We are looking for confident communicators who can handle inbound customer calls, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable services, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST, Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Annual CTC: 2,50,000 – 5,00,000, depending on experience

• Handle inbound calls from customers across the United States.
• Promote and sell internet, fiber-optic, and home security services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and plans.
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, plans, and service benefits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
• Follow campaign guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Deliver a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international sales environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Previous experience in international BPO, US inbound sales.
