Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Telesales Executive/Customer Care Executive. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products or services.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Explain company services and offerings clearly.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
