Telesales Executive

Role Overview:

We're looking for a driven Telesales Consultant to drive sales for Cultfit, our fitness platform.

You'll connect with potential customers, understand their fitness needs, and pitch Cultfit's

offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Understand customer requirements

- Handle objections and close sales

- Meet monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

Required Skills:

- 1+ years of telesales experience (fitness/sports industry a plus)

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Comfortable with target-driven sales role

- Basic understanding of fitness/ workout trends a plus
