Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Client's product and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions to generate business leads
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure successful conversions
• Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively
• Maintain call records and report daily progress to the team lead
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies for client acquisition and retention

Requirements:

• Experience in telecalling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally
• Good listening skills and persuasive speaking abilities
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with AI tools will be an added advantage

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary: 15000-20000 per month
