Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and promoting Ayvico's products. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to clients via calls, addressing inquiries, offering excellent customer service, and converting leads into sales. The role also requires maintaining good relationships with existing customers and supporting their needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Support experience
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and Sales strategies
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals
  • Proactive approach to identify potential clients and market opportunities
  • Working knowledge of the agricultural with minimum 2-3 years experience in telesales marketing.
  • BSc Agriculture or Equivalent is preferred.
