This job is provided by apna.co Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services to customers, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain and update customer database and call records.

Follow up with customers for pending sales or documentation.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer processing.

Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM systems).

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Strong negotiation and sales skills.

Customer-focused attitude.

Qualification:Any Degree / Diploma.

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.

Experience:02 years experience in telesales / telecalling preferred.

Salary:As per company standards + Incentives.
