We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing, and will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language) both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
