We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Sales Consultant to communicate with potential patients, understand their requirements, provide relevant information about our healthcare services, and convert enquiries into confirmed cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential patients
• Follow up on leads received through WhatsApp, social media and digital campaigns
• Understand patient requirements and explain suitable healthcare services
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build trust with patients
• Update lead status, call remarks and follow-up details accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and patient assistance
• Achieve monthly lead-conversion and sales targets

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support or counselling
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Additional language skills will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp
• Strong follow-up, convincing and interpersonal skills
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory
