Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining motor insurance products, and driving successful sales closures. This is a target-based role with opportunities for attractive incentives in addition to a fixed inhand salary.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to customers to pitch motor insurance products and explain their benefits and importance.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and call-center performance metrics.
- Deliver excellent and consistent customer service throughout interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in a voice-based sales process is preferred.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a performancedriven environment.
Work Requirements- Shift timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Work from office only (no remote option).
- Willingness to maintain professionalism and follow company conduct guidelines.
