Telesales Consultant

Role Overview:

We're looking for a driven Telesales Consultant to drive sales for Cultfit, our fitness platform.

You'll connect with potential customers, understand their fitness needs, and pitch Cultfit's

offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Understand customer requirements
• Handle objections and close sales
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

Required Skills:

• 0.5+ years of telesales experience (fitness/sports industry a plus)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with target-driven sales role
• Basic understanding of fitness/ workout trends a plus
