Key Responsibilities
Volume Outreach: Execute 60–80 high-quality calls per day to legal decision-makers (General Counsels and IP Heads).
Lead Qualification: Use BANT criteria to identify high-intent prospects and book demos for the Sales Manager.
The Magic Pitch: Master our 30-second Trigger script—calling prospects exactly when they have a new legal filing or corporate milestone.
CRM Discipline: Ensure every call outcome is accurately logged in Runo and synced with Zoho CRM.
Target Focus: Laser focus on daily and weekly Demos Booked targets to drive the ₹100Cr growth trajectory.
Candidate Profile
SaaS & Calling DNA: Must have a strong background in B2B SaaS and a proven track record in hard-core tele-calling.
Target-Oriented: You are motivated by numbers, incentives, and the thrill of the hunt.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in English; ability to hold consultative conversations with senior legal professionals.
Discipline: Highly organized and capable of maintaining high activity levels during WFH days.
Proximity: Residing in or near the Sarjapur Road, HSR, or Bellandur clusters for easy commuting.
