Job Description: Telesales Associate

Location: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential investors, helping them understand our financial products and guiding them toward smart investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers from provided leads to introduce our financial and investment products (e.g., Mutual Funds, Insurance, SIPs, or Equities).

Customer Consultation: Understand the financial needs of customers and suggest suitable investment options.

Lead Management: Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and convert prospects into successful sales.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and the specific features of our financial products (training will be provided).

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling and monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!

Candidates with 3 to 6 months of experience in telecalling or telesales will have an added advantage.

Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejections with a positive attitude.
