Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Connect with potential clients through outbound calls while also responding to incoming sales inquiries.
- Clearly explain product or service features and guide customers through the buying process over the phone.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions based on their needs.
- Record call details, customer information, and sales updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Reconnect with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
- Address customer concerns confidently and handle objections with effective negotiation skills.
- Consistently achieve or surpass assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Adhere to company guidelines, call scripts, and compliance standards during all interactions.
- Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to enhance overall sales performance and results.
