Role Overview
CVanté is looking for energetic and target-driven Tele-Sales Associates to drive sales conversions through effective client communication and follow-ups. The role requires strong persuasion skills, sales ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversions
- Connect with prospective clients through calls and explain company services
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle objections confidently and drive sales closures
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Lead Management
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain conversion pipelines
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and closures
- Ensure timely response and engagement with prospective customers
Client Communication
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Build rapport and maintain strong communication with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in tele-sales / inside sales / sales calling roles
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Strong target orientation and sales mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve closure targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM / lead management processes preferred
