Compensation: Fixed Salary + No Cap Incentives

Role Overview

CVanté is looking for energetic and target-driven Tele-Sales Associates to drive sales conversions through effective client communication and follow-ups. The role requires strong persuasion skills, sales ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversions

  • Connect with prospective clients through calls and explain company services
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Handle objections confidently and drive sales closures
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Lead Management

  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain conversion pipelines
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and closures
  • Ensure timely response and engagement with prospective customers

Client Communication

  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
  • Build rapport and maintain strong communication with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in tele-sales / inside sales / sales calling roles
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong target orientation and sales mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve closure targets
  • Basic knowledge of CRM / lead management processes preferred
